Bling, Pearl and Elegance

Sorry I have been MIA for a few days. I have soo much to tell you. But really no time. I promise soon.

This is probably bad, but since I got engaged I spend a lot of time researching wedding EVERYTHING at work. So what am I doing today…..jewelry.

I will be wearing pearls everything. I think a bride in pearls is classic! I am also loving handmade things. Something I won’t see everywhere.

Damask Dream

When I first got engaged I knew right away that our wedding would focus around this beautiful bold pattern. It was exactly what I want. The pattern will be black and white. I will accent it all with red roses.I won’t go crazy with the pattern, just enough, but not too much

It’s Wrinkled

Happy Good Friday Everyone!! I hope for those of you that are off today that you are having a wonderful day!! Earlier this week I got a phone call from my Bridal Dress Salon…and guess what? MY DRESS IS HERE!! I couldn’t believe it’s here already! When I ordered it at the end of January they told me it would be 6-8mths, which btw totally freaked me out as my wedding was in 8 mths!! Losing My Mind and Centrepieces Mock-Up #2

I apologize for lack of blogging. Soo much is going on between a sick Fiancé , Wedding planning and our Wedding social. I am honestly losing my mind.  I was able to get some of the projects I had set for myself done…..such as my centerpiece mock-up #2 Centerpiece mock-up #2 Tall round vase, 6mm black ribbon wrapped around the top twice, fogged glass stones and 4 large silk roses with one small in the middle. Baptism and Pizza

Well the time came…..I was baptized. It was very simple and painless…..minus the missing hair (it really wasn’t that much). I have mentioned before that my fiancé is Serbian Orthodox and we are getting married in a Serbian Orthodox church. So having never been baptized….I needed to be before the wedding. I wanted to have it out of the way before the social. Because I know after it….things will get intense. It was short and sweet. Six months from today…where I am at!

Six months from today I will be waking up probably tired, nervous and excited. I will be almost ready to walk down an aisle that will most likely feel like it never ends towards the most amazing person! Yep if you haven’t guessed it is the six month mark to my WEDDING!!! So where am I at? Emotionally I am not too nervous. I feel comfortable with how much I have done thus far. I know we have a bunch more to go….but I am content with that.
