I started the Running to the Aisle blog a couple years ago when I decided to journal my goal of becoming fit and fab for my wedding day.  Read about my journey here.  I never realized when starting that blog that I would enjoy it soo much! SO much so that I needed to change my blog name after I was married! {doh} . And with that came a whole new blog. So welcome my old friends and new friends.
